This will definitely be a go IMHO. Peks parameters are so good that the advance availability of funding is the icing on the cake when it comes down to the viability of the project. There is no way Pek's rare earths will stay buried in the ground for much longer.
Heading to Raffles will be one of my objectives even though it is a fair distance away and will look forward to meeting some of the " Hot Copper Names" We should have Hot Copper name tags for easier identifation
