AVB never promised funding within 3 months. They wrote on at least two occasions that it was "expected" within 3 months.
Now they are saying that they are "confident" that a decision "will emerge" in October. Once again they are not promising.
To say that AVB has "failed miserably" is a bit hard, IMO.
You did have a holding in AVB a while back. Are you trying to talk the price down for a lower entry?
