    As long as ASIC stick to their guns and don't let them raise further funds from Australian retail investors/shareholders then they can do as they like as far as I'm concerned.
    We know it's really all a round robin.
    Paying interest of 72%pa - they'll be lucky to get their GBP100k back if they're not associated.
