Very good annouoncement. I dont want to see the details, thats what boards work through and determine. In all honesty it doesnt take too much too work out what type of deal it could be. All too often we forget these small cap companies are speculative in nature and therefore soak up money while looking for and/or developing assets and we expect multi billion dollar performance. Assets in this region (Padre Island) are traditionally very good performers and it is a pity to see that these particular assets seem to have been run down by someone in the past to the point where everything has been an obstacle to Modena getting to the operating stage of their plan.

Lets get some holes reopened and gas flowing. My confidence is in the assets and in the board to do what is best for the company.
