Surely sourcing money from "a fund" is a form of "CR"??

The amount of capital needed - if we assume it is at least $15 million - is more than can be raised from an institutional placement - where you are limited to 15% without shareholder approval.

Given the size of the raising, even if it is debt convertible to equity, they will need shareholder approval. . . . which takes time. . . . unless they do an equal access offering . .. .a rights issue.
