They struggled to get the SPP over the line late last year at .6 of a cent with a free option, now not only 6 months later they are placing a lot of shares at 1.33 cents with a free option. I feel the market as I did, had given up on ESI, but you have to say this new management team seemed to have turned the company around very quickly. The technology may have some merit after all, definitely a buy and hold for now.
