$10m for Ghana drilling - committed from existing cash RIA is to expend only 12.5% in line with equity.

trying to raise $90m for accra block drilling

too busy atm to put out ann in relation to starfish was a surprising comment but also indicated several sharehlders had rung to ask same question.
