Well - Is it the Funding part of the puzzle for ALDP / NLC?
Did Funding have to be initiated prior to ALDP announcement.
I think this is a great step forward.
A lot of comments have focused on funding
From Monash. When the reality is that attracting
Interest from large companies such as AGL
And NLC attracts the bigger Funders such as banks.
In My thinking Bank funding means more stable
Interest and capital payments. More longer term
Funding with less gouging of profits.
It's one more peice to the puzzle.
