Hi Jacob and everyone,
what I believe Testarossa is trying to state here is the recent ANN talks about a partnership with the two banks - purely for the marketing of the Coldry plant and equipment to other Indian entities that the banks in question have a food relationship with.
The ANN doesn't state specifically that these banks will provide any funds or financial backing to ECT.
However, this is my take on the matter and I am happy to be corrected.
