Just making sure I haven't missed anything :)

IMO, I think it is drawing a long bow as to whether they would provide $$ to ECT.

If I was a bank, I would only provide the $$ if they had a done deal from a customer.

Maybe this is the line of thinking - the banks assist ECT with their Indian offering, and if the customers bite they take a % cut...in return for a spot of funding pending interest.

However, for now, its all speculation. Fact is no funding just a better position for ECT to do business in India. Still, a positive ANN.

For now, I think I might wait a bit until ECT shows it's hand regarding funding for the next few months.

And yes, I know the irony of this position when my name is "BetTheFlop" !! :)
