All the Banks are investing and lending the money to every loans such as Business, Industry, Infrastructure, Housing even they will invest betting to dog or cat fight if they can make profits. It is common sense to think, none of they banks will wasting their time and let mentioned their name in Public to Media if they think that business is rubbish and hopeless and Zero profits for them. That will damage their image in their industry. They don't need to mention in early stage that they will throw $$ millions to their deal. There will be first, second and final stage to complete to sign off. Who knows, they also have connections with NLC and others Coal industries. To achieved that sort of backing from the Banks is not a easy task at all. IMO.
