    Hi Guys,

It seems to me that the loan facility increase is, in part at least, motivated by the poor prospects of a share purchase plan right now. With the massive swings in sp and the tremendous plunges, nobody would be confident that they would not be able to buy the same share at a lower price before the cheque cleared.

I have a substantial holding (for me at least) and am a bit tired of this near flatline we have had. I think the long term future is every bit as rosy as Hildweller suggests with his $10 in 18 month predictions. However, some time ago I set my target at $5.50 by the end of this year which isn't loking likely. Anytime there is a slight rally, it seems that profit takers move in and there is insufficient market depth to get past them.

What is needed to light a fire under the sp? Where do you see the sp in 6 months time? If the flat line continues much longer, I may bail out and try mu luck elsewhere in the hope of turning a profit and buying back in down the line.

    Regards,

    Keith.
