For my 2 cents worth i tend to think that you will see a flat SP over the next 9-12 months as a profit in the vicinity of 10.4-11.5m range in my opinion so with a PE of 30 is 3.67 to 4.05 range at end of 2005/06 FY.
The big lift in SP in my opinion will be each year thereafter as 4-5m gets added to the bottom line after tax conservatively and hopefully without Comms buggering things up. That is assuming that RDF can continue to win an install rate of 220-250 a year and that will include turning an RLC into a speed combo. Very conservative in my numbers.
Must admit i had thought about selling RDF and coming back but what do i put my money into in the current market was my problem. Everything seems overvalued! At least with RDF it is a defensive stock with an annuity based revenue not dependent on the economy with a SP prediction for me by 2007/2008 of 6.18 - 7.00 range but then providing a dividend.
