    Redlight, would it be reasonable to guess that a roughly 50% increase in the size of the loan facility implies a plan to increase the installation rate by 50%?

    It's hard to see any other possible use for that much loan funds. Assuming that is the case, the Citigroup forecast of only four days ago is blown right out of the water.
