    Prime, the Scottsdale Council final approval of the Loop 101 freeway speed camera system went to the vote last night US time. No news yet but they are already talking of commencing construction tomorrow.
    First speed camera systems on a US freeway, probably a prototype for all of Arizona.

    And the broker's analysts are still saying they make no allowance for speed in the RDF revenue figures??
