B4bmm it's not a matter of being so accepting of a CR it's a matter of being realistic and taking into consideration that being lumbered with large amounts of debt brings its own issues as does a reduction of WI.

The person who will have the best handle on the issues faced and whats required is CN so I have reposted below the quote at the start of this thread with her veiw on things which IMO is exactly what will happen.

" The company is already evaluating its various strategic options to fund any appraisal program. We expect we will be able to fund the next several years of the program with future funding likely to come from a combination of asset sales, equity raisings or other forms of financing. "

The other forms of financing would cover any world bank or IMF involvement.
