They still are, Kissie though pity NFC is so constricted by the Chinese regulations for mining. They are scrambling to rework the design to suit the regulations. They have spent a small fortune to date, and are still trying to get hold of the project. However it seems they are running out of time, as clearly JD wants to move sooner than later.

This from the quarterly. I don't understand where you're coming from...

Work is ongoing with China Nonferrous (NFC) with the majority of the design and planning studies having been completed. We note that Chinese regulatory requirements and design changes have resulted in variations to the Western Feasibility Study. Some of these changes have resulted in delays and increased costs. Ironbark continues to work with NFC under the pre-existing Memorandum of Understanding however a resolution to these variations may not be achieved.

There have been posters crapping on about NFC walking away, well they're still there, going their hardest. What do you want JD to do, wait until they've redesigned the whole project? The situation is summarised above in the quarterly just released. If anyone wants more background, pick up the phone.
