I think it would be safe to assume the WEL board have done there own due diligence on this matter in terms of various risks / mitigation etc. This would include bespoke legal advice on the matter and discussed the various permutations that may play out.
WEL appear to be comfortable with the SNE project given their communication to date.
I am not a WEL shareholder but I think this can only be a good thing for FAR.
