    I think you will find the typing within a posters quote is a bug. Often when you're trying to edit your own words (in my case the backspace) the cursor jumps to within the quote and if you aren't paying attention you are typing withing the quote. Once this happens its impossible to fix it you can only cancel the post and redo. In my experience anyway.
