Hopefully funding comes in on a donkey...7.5 million in each saddle bag... but if they hit that donkey on it's way to the handover at rincon we could be royally screwed. Otherwise we may end up just beating a dead horse. That's my take on it.
safest bet would be to have two donkeys perhaps...one as a decoy...or split the funding between them both so a least we get something.... hmmm the mind ponders on what could possibly be
