I think any company looking to fund would have a fairly extensive due diligence process.
For starters they would want to see third party tests of the 5 ton of product testing random samples from different bags wouldn't they?
They would probably have had Pre talks with AGY and a lot of 'if's' being discussed IMO.
These "if's" are being ticked off still I would think. One of the biggest being the permits has been ticked off so the ball is rolling I am sure...
Feels like everyone invested is set and waiting now!
