he has certainly done well for himself. But that is the MO for this type....raise capital by placing shares, to the detriment of the shareholders. Fattening the books to enable the renumeration packages as well as awarding performance rites and free shares for a job well done....
yet not be even close to having any of the ability to advance a project or procure any kind of meaningful deal.
