Both are Sugar Mills - they put in new boilers & the same turbine alternators at the same time - I was on the commissioning team at Broadwater, lived first in Skennars Head near Lennox Head, then at Ballina for about 6 months. A good example of cookie cutter design, procurement, comstruction, commissioning & operations in terms of cost savings in design spread across 2 projects, risk mitigation (logistics, unforseen component/spares/control system commonality/replication) , resource management (ie hire equipment, workforce & vendor reps). This is where I've always seen potential with TIVAN as the replication of the plant design if baked into the first plant would set the company up for dramatic cost savings on subsequent plants. It is the Gigafactory approach. Of course after yesterday, take a step back & look at a bigger picture with the prospect for electrolyte facilities and potentially VRFB Gigafactories, a major partner & the scope just went into overdrive.
