Summary of Expenditure for the Quarter
During the Quarter, a total of $513,414 was spent on activities related to the exploration and development of
the Steelpoortdrift Vanadium Project. The Company did not incur any expenditure for mining production
activities during the Quarter.
Payments totaling approximately $65,338 were made to related parties of the Company with respect to the
Quarter, being director and consulting fees (see section 6.1 and 6.2 of the Accompanying 5B).
Cash Position
As at the end of September 2023 quarter, VR8 and its subsidiaries held total cash and cash equivalents of
$5,183,790
