u r entirely correct, market cap v NPV appears extremely promising, with low production costs we have a higher room for lower margins just in case. however as someone previously pointed out its not too bad timing for SDL with whats going on, it gives us a chance to 'catch up', assuming funding can be found.
IRR is what discount rate is needed to get NPV to 0 :)
