    What rumour? CEO going off to the US to find a backer is a rational thing to do, since Aussies are so averse to funding and keeping startups with funds!

    VCR would probably have succeeded in a placement 12 months ago but in this climate SH's have lost the will to fund VCR to conclusion, which is a bloody shame actually, IMO.
