Certainly sounds like CFU want to get Volume manufacture up and running ASAP. (is there an order currently in negotiation???) As part of this the price per unit to the consumer will be lower hence higher sales in theory.

19 mil from UK offering & placement plus 21 mil from RI plus current cash on hand will leave CFU in a very healthy position to forge ahead.

with a decent volume order 10,000 plus units and continuing takeup of Bluegen the SP will more than compensate for any dilution.
