I think everyone should get in and put their hand up to invest. You might be able to secure some of the allocations the instos do not take up.

I have met the fund manager at KBC a few years ago and they are constrained by some seriously tight investment constraints (e.g. % deviation from their internal index) which might prevent them from taking up their right. If so, more for me!
