A little extra funds raising - sorely needed??
Company trading profitably and cash positive according to interims - so did the local bank really need taking out- or was it the largest shareholder with excess cash starting to screw the rest? Look at the finance fee!!!
And some funds for due diligence- wasn't there enough already or was that just to dilute the magnitude of the finance fee?
This paltry fundraising doesn't make sense
