This company has a book value of approx $1 per share. With sentiment being so bad at the moment with TLS, I would not be surprised if it got there. Although for shareholders sake, I hope things improve and there is a strong possibility it could, fund managers selling up now to buy in cheaper later perhaps. I sold out years ago when I bought at around $4.95 and later sold at $4.60 not long after.
I have to say, I was tempted when I saw the share price drop to around $2.80, but decided to sit on the sidelines instead. Like others have stated on here and even a Telstra employee to me, things are becoming extremely competitive, so this will squeeze the margins.
