Look at it another way, most fund managers would either make a good car salesmen or a good data entry analyst. They kind of fall in both directions, with not much in the middle.
PTM have too many of the data analyst types and not nearly enough of the sales-y types. You can see that in the product range - they're still trying to sell a $200k Tesla when the market is buying $60k BYDs.
