funds will have it on radar

- Looking at VCR's historical chart, it's fair to say that when it has spiked in the past it has always come back down to where it was, sometimes even lower.
- However, don't underestimate the current potential.....they are so much closer to FDA approv and with this comes the attention of the big funds (they will now have VCR on their radar), and it is not you and I, nor the Directors who will make this baby move to new highs, it will be the BIG FUNDS.
- When they get substantial holdings, you will never see under $1 again, maybe lucky if you get it under $1.50......bottom line, history sometimes repeats itself but often creates something NEW.......and I fear those who may sell far too early.
