chelle, have you ever seen a spacer? They are all bulky things, the reality is that kids (including my best friend's) love them - they actually want to play with them! They also use them effectively to take their medicine.

Funhaler initially struck me as a gimmick too, it was only seeing the thing work that actually convinced me. This has a big future.
