I am confident that you will get wrong about your ultimate low of DOW 3000.
Maybe XJO in 10 years though.
As for DOW, we won't see any thing lower than year 2009 low IMO. Your C wave may hit 8000 level before 2019 or may not.
I am more optimistic in DOW than in XJO.
In 10 years, the world economy/politics/policies based on neoliberalism will be revised and biotech revolution will kick in IMO.
