    I was just re-reading some of CMQ's old announcements:

    Chemeq today announced that it has raised $10million through a placement of shares at $4.55 per share.

    30 July 2004
    The Company notes a decline in its share price from $5.45 on 16 June to $4.55. Chemeq is not aware of any specific factors that would account for the decline in share value.
