Of course it is. It is in trading halt after it spiked, and has been held at that price since. Pretty soon you will have a new 30 day moving average, by default. It all looks good if the analysts are only going to do a filter and then write something against the numbers. You'd think there was going to be a capital raising for a new project backed in soon and they needed to fluff the prospectus. Prospectus fluffer...now there's a job.
