I read a lot of sundry stuff baggins.....but you posted very wise words imo both now & for the future. Instead of giving it away to the great unwashed, a la helicopter bernanke.....a decent helping hand for our resources sector...at the bottom of their cycle would have been more prudent. I posted this before...but how did rudd /Swan get a war chest of funds in the first place ? Thet's right..the resources boom ! They used those funds to prop up banks to prevent a run on funds. The banks in turn have shut the bag on business !! Go figure 'cos I'm still trying !!
