Funny Ha Ha

There is the news the merger is not proceeding - has anyone considered the cost  - the money,  share holders money wasted - Independent EXPERT supporting the merger report - legal cost - cost to vote  - and the cost to compensate Melior to come - somehow $ 1,000,000 may not cover that. 

What was this all about - did the board not do their proper research to justify supporting this farce -  apparently not - and will the Large independent shareholders supporting the merger now sell their shares as they are so disappointed the merger is not proceeding? - and what have we gotten for that??  confirmation that we have a board who are inadequate for the job or is it that they hope that all will be forgiven,  perhaps with the Xmas spirit still prevailing, it should be funny no no and put a stop to the board
