Do realists ignore the current CTO share price which is trading at around 20 cents - when its NTA is 27 cents, and that is before any value is given to its gold resource.
Do realists ignore the current Development at Warrior which has just started following the recent power upgrade?
There's fully priced/overpriced stocks such as DOM and LGL, so where do realists turn to for value ?
Should realists be chasing so called leading emerging (more like submerging) gold stocks such as SBM that the stock brokers and analysts push and want to suck us into buying - that are giving their gold away , producing lots and lots of gold and lots and lots of losses for their shareholders?
does it get any worse?
or should realists chase SLR - which has one good mine Daisy Milano which has maybe 3 years of mine life ?
What else has value ?
- CTO achieved 17,000 oz over a 12 month period prior to the power upgrade and with very little development. I think we just need to be realistic and patient this year and CTO should finally emerge - and not submerge like the others.
the others are lost causes in my opinion - there's still hope for CTO.
At the end of the day .. As I posted before HIG sold a very small mine, with a very small resource (maybe a 1 year mine life) in a PNG jungle to Barrick for the equivalent of close to Aus$200 mill .
If all else fails - CTO has this fall back position.
In an open market CTO should sell for well in excess of 50 cents/share right now to a company like Barrick, in my opinion.
