    Seriously, that is as good an interpretation as I've seen any where else and people have paid money for A LOT worse. Good on you for having a go and I personally agree with what you are saying. Except I will be a long term investor after we hit some sub 800 to low 8's first. Good luck to you and hope to see your 2 cents worth in the future.
