No one should be saying to get rid of the board.
I completely understand that these items take time and people get pushy when they have invested for the short term. The board has my full support. BUT I would never reward some one if they hadn't made me money. If that means we as share holders need to be patient then same goes with Head office.
Setting targets in a reasonable time frame for Senegal would maybe be the best structure. What time frame that is I'm not sure, but I do know when my staff have a time frame to achieving targets they push hard from all angles.
I'm always happy to pay the overs if some ones making me money and I'm guessing it goes for us all.
