Hi Alan - I dont believe that BHP thinks PH this is a stand alone Tier 1 - it's a great asset but probably not big enough in the right departments. They've had plenty of time to run the ruler over it and would be shocked if they havent. Happy to be wrong however - more likely an Anglo / Xstrata or perhaps even Goldfields sized play if the numbers stack up.
