This is now nothing more than a shell company...some cash, a public listing, a handful of employees (pushing paper in an office) and a product that has been outlicensed for China. Nothing more.
All they can do now is to in-license some products and build some value. They may as well also change their name...PAB was a monoclonal Ab company with both preclinical operations and a clinical-stage pipeline, actively engaged in clinical trials...it is definitely not that anymore.
