Fair enough attaman but someone is definitely keeping the price low while accumulating. It happened with Norton and Bowen and is happening with Diatreme as we speak. Same modus operandi and ill disguised. As many as required dummies all buy for the same entity (which is highly illegal) and when they have enough to get a seat on the board they pounce by announcing a takeover and lo and behold all the dummies sell to the entity. They don't need control, they just need a seat on the board then accumulate for control. Watering down assists them no end and the science of Patrys is unique and proven, it's just hasn't jumped thru the hoops for approval. My maths tell me when approvals are granted the prize is billions.
