I have negotiated agreements that contain confidentiality clauses. The confidentiality clause may not allow the up front payment to be revealed for any number of reasons and for a certain time. It doesn't mean that it is big or small. I suspect that it would be reasonable. As reported, Germany and England have been shut down, I'm confident that there will be valid reasons forthcoming for these decisions besides the obvious expenditure savings. As for what they're doing now, the obvious answer is they're planning the future. Hefei is going to spend millions and time on a Patrys product, that, as far as I'm concerned is a solid vote of confidence. As for their salaries, what's this I hear about what you get when you pay peanuts??
