Orion, unpremeditatedly of course, touched upon the "official" explanation for not releasing the agreement details (including $$$$ figures) , given to my friend by the ex PAB employee and now "retired" during a rather lively phone conversation (about 20 minutes) they had a day prior to the said individual's Departure from Melbourne's Head Office.
Initially he refused bluntly to engage himself in any conversation related to the details (even of a generic form) of the Hefei/PAB SCI agreement.... But, after a while and upon challenged with the Legal Obligations that may require a company to divulge information of very sensitive nature (such as the financial agreement between Hefei and PAB) to the Market(s) (For obvious reasons), he said that......Hefei Insisted than No Information Of Pecuniary nature (relevant to the deal) be included in the Press Releases and Official Company Announcements.....
His explanation for that was: "Hefei is currently dealing and negotiating with other Companies regarding possible similar out licensing agreements and they would not want those companies to know details of our Agreement, for they would possibly demand similar terms".....
When he was challenged further with "The Shareholders of a an Australian ASX listed Company have the Right to know under our Australian Laws, such very Price Sensitive Information".... He said (sounding extremely unhappy and very annoyed...) that "the Financial details of the Deal will be Included in the 4C sometime after the end of this Month......."
There were few other interesting "phraseological titbits" uttered during this extremely "exciting" conversation, but..... Let's , for the time being at least, forget about it, since the PAB employ is no longer with the Company......

So, assuming the above explanation (Confidentiality Clause) given by PAB's (then) Employ, of the Hefei-PAB deal is THE REAL REASON FOR NOT RELEASING the Pecuniary and Most Important Parts of the Deal, one Cannot help but making the Following VERY LOGICAL (and Positive for PAB) ASSUMPTION:

The financial details/terms of the Hefei-PAB deal must have been reasonably (at least) favourable to PAB, for, had they been of average or not very good nature, there was no need for Hefei insisting for such a "confidentiality clause" which does not divulge sensitive information for other Companies presently negotiating with Hefei to take advantage of....
That's the way my friend and I interpreted the reason for not releasing the very sensitive and important (for all of us) information NOW ..... But..... That also raises other questions, which will be raised upon reading your comments and interpretation of the PAB's Ex-Employee's reason for secrecy....

Cheers and Let's hope everything will turn out in favour of PAB and us, long suffering shareholders....))
