Been wondering the same thing. I think a big buyer has been trying to force down the price by placing a blocking sell bid and then appearing as a buyer on the other side (with a numerous large but fake cross bids). My impression is that that the small bids are running interference with this strategy for whatever reason...thats the only (tiny bit of) sence I can make out of it. They were up to the same shannigans the last day or two.
Anymore experience traders out there would would care to explain.
