So, we have a raise at $0.10 (Current SP $0.115) for between $2.5 - $4.5m.

Which will no doubt be fully subscribed. And not undercutting anyone else who got in re listing at $0.10 mind you.

Sweet FA dillution given MC is already $87m, +$4.5 at the raise worst case, so what?

Funds used to Aquire two strategically important, company defining businesses with instant revenue.

And sill circa $12m in back with RAD holding.
