Yes the forecast earnings and potential dividend are certainly attractive. Not correct to say debt will be eliminated. Pretty sure they will still have 60 mill on the books. However the financiers agreeing for the reintroduction of dividends does suggest they are losening the reins a little.

I do have concerns about potential structural issues confronting FUN longer term. So does the market I think, so I would not be suprised for FUN to trade on a material discount to its peers until it has a few good years of the turnaround under its belt.

Looks like a relatively good short term opportunity however if you can pick up at .15 and have the potential to sell at .20 in 6+months. Terrible volume though so hard to get (or exit) a meaningful position.
