no i think the promise of a divi will keep most people in, if not scrounging for more.


plus the RI at only 1/3 means not alot of capital needed by retail to fund purchase, esp with the apparent upward pressure on the price.

i have already decided to apply for more than my quota with a view to LT hold, i am sure others will too, esp with the amount of money sitting on the sidelines waiting for the market to improve.


i'm sure that the reason for low volumes sub 20c has always been because very few have wanted to sell at those prices, knowing that the company was improving and debt was the only issue. so with the elimination of debt and a renewed commitment by financers the company is suddenly worthy of a rerating.

the real action won't begin again until higher 20s imo.
